My name is Miriam and I’m from Mississauga. The most influential body of water to me is the English Channel. I remember spending summers visiting my grandparents, taking a ferry from the British side of the English Channel over to the French side. Spending the summer swimming, and collecting seashells on the beaches along the English Channel.
