On hot summer days I take my family down to swim off the rocks behind the old psychiatric hospital (Hospital Beach) a few blocks from our house in Kingston. My children love to swim there as does our dog. We often go as a family after work in the early evening and feel lucky to have a safe and clean place to refresh ourselves.
