Moira Lake is about a mile from a friend's cottage. She lets me use the cotage for writing retreats. I was up there once gaining inspiration from the lake when the sky opened up. I realized that whether I walked or ran I would be drenched by the time I got back to the cottage. Therefore, I walked and was fully saturated.
