Lake Huron, ON - Leya P

My watermark is Lake Huron.

When I was young at the beach, I would build decorate and destroy sand castles that I made. At the beach, my brother would kick, throw and shove sand in my face. I would collect silver, pink, and blue seashells on the seashore.

When I was young at the beach I would mix sand and water to make a magic potion my brother and I would play a game that we made up called shark attack we would pretend to be scary shark use our hands as a fin and chase each other in the light blue water.I would walk around on the on the cold, wet and soggy sand near the water. Once the water settled down I would jump and dive into the warm blue waves.

When I was young at the beach I would listen to the water smash, bang, and hit the smooth grey rocks heavily. The air grew cold the wind was strong and mighty which blew the sand. I watched the fish jump, sore and fall out of the sky. The warm blue water sparkled brightly when the bright orange sun hit the warm blue waves.

I would run stomp and leap to get out of the quicksand quickly. Once the people began to flee I would kiss, hug and wave goodnight to the beach.
