The Hague, Netherlands - Cassandra Carr
One of my favourite water stories is kayaking through the canals of The Hague in the Netherlands. The Netherlands and its cities are known for their intricate canals. Having experienced The Hague from the view of its canals truly offered another perspective of the city and the contribution of water to Dutch culture.
Also, While living in Malmo, Sweden, I was privileged to have easy access to the water between the North Sea and Baltic Sea. It was here where I was able to walk from the city's beaches right into the sea and play with jellyfish for the first time.
