Ambleside Beach, BC - Henry Wang
My hands reached out and I opened the door. Right away I heard rain drops crashing into the ground. I sat on the porch listening to the rain. Splish, splash, splish splash. They sounded like multiple machine guns firing gently. I looked at the ground and noticed that the rain had formed many puddles. I stared at the rain droplets colliding into the puddles, creating ripples in them. Many droplets hit the puddles which made multiple ripples that run into each other. I sighed, but not in a disappointed way, but rather satisfied. The gentle sound of the rain soothed me, the ripples crashing into each other were pleasing. It was breathtaking how rain could create such a beautiful painting.
