My Watermark is Long Lake, Ontario.
When I was 9 in 1971, I would jump in the canoe. It was my playground. I paddled all day and found fishing holes, explored marshes, had water snakes try to get in. I lived on the lake and in the winter I'd skate and snowmobile on it. The lake would freeze before the snow flew.
