Chandos Lake, ON - William C.
My poetry:
The sun, preparing to shine light somewhere else in the world, started to turn everything around it orange and purple, including the water, whose blue was pierced by those same shades of orange and purple. Those shades then intensified, sweeping over the trees, painting the clouds, and making the water a plethora of different blues, purples, and oranges. Then the sky dimmed, the water turning deep blue, then black, the sky shortly joined. There are now just little spots of light where the cottages were in the day.
