Kayaking on Long Lake, Hammonds Plains, Nova Scotia was fun, or as much fun as a 4-10 year old can have. I spent a lot of my childhood living on this lake. And as a child I did not have that much arm strength and was lazy, so I had my dad pull me with his kayak on the lake. The best part was that this lake had no jet skis or boats so the water was always calm and there was a forest around the lake so we would see lots of wildlife.
