I stepped into the water and it was freezing after walking on the burning hot sand. My Dad fired up the boat, I jumped onto the big red air tube. We started to move, we were riding and riding and then we started going in swirls, bouncing, and in circles, then……… BOOM! MY BODY BOUNCED ACROSS THE WATER like a rock I skipped across the water three times.

I swam back to the tube and hopped back on and we tubed back to shore. By now I could taste the fresh water, hear the water in my ears, and see the cool blue waves dragging behind us. I played in the hot sun.

I stepped into the water again. I could feel the sand in between my toes; I could feel the light shining on me. I jumped onto the tube we started to move along the waves. The first wave we hit, we flew like birds, the second wave we hit we bounced like we were on a trampoline, and then when the third wave we hit………. I let go! I felt like I was flying then I landed back on the tube! YES. I survived this crazy tubing trip! We headed back in. I could see the swimmers swimming, the buoys moving with the waves, and the big red air tube lying on the hot sand. I watched the sun go down and we headed off to our campsite, waiting for another amazing trip tomorrow!
