My Watermark is Turtle Lake, Ontario.

My family built a cottage on this lake shortly after I was born and we spent a large part of every summer there. When my parents retired they sold that cottage and built a home there and we celebrated every summer and nearly every Christmas there for the next 20 years.

The geography of my childhood and family memories isn't the suburban street we lived on but the rocky shores of an ordinary lake in central Ontario.
