My name is Nicole Duke-Westfield and I’m from the Caribbean – Trinidad and Tobago to be exact.

My waterbody is Maracas Beach which is located on the north coast of Trinidad. It is one of the iconic beaches in Trinidad and Tobago, it’s the beach where everybody goes. Most people go for the sun, a lot of people go for the water, but a whole lot of people go to the Maracas for the bake and shark sandwich every Sunday. So we enjoy the food, we enjoy the experience, the social activity, the water is fantastic. The waves are sometimes kind of rough but we still go every Sunday because of that bake and shark.
