Dixon Entrance, BC - Harry A.
It was early afternoon off the coast of Haida Gwaii, I was fishing. I had a fish on my line and I was reeling it in, it wasn't heavy but I had learned that halibut are easy to reel up, even if they weighed a lot. It was extremely windy and the waves were high. It was one of those days where it was so cloudy that you didn't seem to know where the sun was. NExt to us about 1km away was the island with a large lighthouse shining into the distance. Off the other side in the horizon was Alaska. It was raining which put me in a depressed mood. The fish finally came up. It was massive.
