Ever since I was a young girl spending my summers on the lake was in a sense a ritual. A summer that went by without constant lake days was (and is) often unbearable. However, the most important aspect of my Lake Cowichan experience is the time and memories I have shared with my dad. He often travels for work throughout the fall/ spring so summer was our opportunity to bond/ develop our relationship.
