My Watermark is the Detroit River, Michigan.

I lived in Windsor, and in front of my house there’s the Detroit River. Once a year, there were always fireworks and everyone would gather around the river.

The river is between Windsor and Detroit, so I felt that in a way it connected us on both sides. We would have some good times watching the fireworks, and playing in the water.
