My Watermark is the river that is just off Picard Ave. in Thunder Bay Ontario, where I became "comfortable" in the water (if you can call it that).

It was where I spent my childhood with family and neighbours on hot days - we could cool off, skip rocks, cross the river and hike down to the other falls, and enjoy the noise of the flowing river. It is a beautiful, peaceful area in a rather busy neighbourhood - I cannot imagine how different my childhood would have been without it.
