My Watermark is Lake Simcoe, Ontario.

I grew up swimming and playing in Lake Simcoe and I remember becoming aware of it changing when zebra mussels came in. Plant growth increased and we had to protect our feet. I vowed when I grew up I would work to protect the lake, and it has influenced my decision to become a water scientist.
