My Watermark is Rice Lake, Ontario.

I don't have a specific story to go along with why this body of water is important to me, when in fact I have many. From family picnics when I was 5 to the long nights I can't remember with my friends, this lake would usually be involved. This lake is important to many in the small town of Roseneath.

Roseneath is small town with little to do within the community with the lake being by far the main attraction. The mom & pop shops rely on this lake to attract the tourists in the summer that keep them afloat during the down season in the winter. Rice lake isn't just a lake, it's a community!
