Part of the Bronte Harbour Yacht Club. Construction on the creek is causing silt to come down into the harbour. There's a lot of people who come down to the piers and the waterfront and that silt is right there. The Oakville Council only charges the boaters. This is a municipal thing, all of us should be contributing.
