President of Swim Drink Fish Canada, Mark Mattson, spoke about the need for water literacy at the Explorers Club in Toronto. He shared his Watermark, described the need for water leadership in communities, and introduced the tools available for people to help secure swimmable, drinkable, and fishable waters.
